About 

I'm Meg. Native Texan, lover of Mexican food, curator of all things beautiful and eternally sarcastic. I used to design jewelry, now I design interiors. I traded my high heels for a hard hat and moved from my office cubicle to construction jobsites. 

I started Mimi + Meg to keep my grandmother, Mimi, in the loop with all of my big adventures of first time home buying and decorating. I have no money to do either, so things are interesting. 

Stay with me as Mimi + Meg evolves into something much more than just a blog of decorating tribulations. Although I can still promise it will be eventful.
