This vibrant coastal cottage began as an old, local Port Aransas home with a layout that no longer served modern living.

Shoreline Studio reimagined the space from the ground up, starting with detailed onsite measurements to build a new floor plan, revised electrical layout, custom trim details, and cabinetry drawings that maximized every inch of vertical and horizontal space. All architectural finishes were thoughtfully selected, from tile and paint colors to hardware, lighting, and materials that brighten the home despite its naturally lower ceilings. Throughout construction, Shoreline Studio provided continuous onsite supervision to ensure the design intent was carried through with precision.

The final layer included full furnishings, décor, and styling, transforming this once-dated cottage into a cheerful, turnkey retreat that blends coastal charm with playful, modern comfort.
